Nick Veenhof from Dropsolid and the Belgian Drupal User Group invited me to come speak at their offices last Friday, about the purge module I'm maintaining. More specifically, various members of the Belgian Drupal community had real-world experiences with both Purge and CDN's in general so that raised specific questions during the session.
